UK businesses rely on the international student sector

"We welcome the Education Secretary Justine Greening’s comments at the British Chambers of Commerce today in which she emphasised the UK needs to improve skills in order to boost productivity. UK businesses rely on the international education sector, which provides employment for over 200,000 people all over the regions and which brings £26 Billion to the UK each year. We hope that the Government will continue to take this into consideration and look forward to working with the government on developing a student visa regime that will maintain the Britain’s ability to attract international students from around the world."
