We welcome the announcement that the Immigration White Paper will be published next week

James Pitman, responding to the announcement that the Immigration White Paper will be published next week said:

“We welcome the announcement that the Immigration White Paper will be published next week. We hope the government has used this as an opportunity to set a clear and ambitious target to grow international student numbers – which should be supported by a cross-departmental strategy focused on recruitment and student experience. This is key for the UK’s economy, nationally and at a local level. It’s time to go for growth and support Higher Education exports, one of the UK’s most prestigious and profitable export sectors.”
