Education strategy is our economic strategy

Education Secretary Justine Greening spoke at the Tory Reform Group summer reception last night.

James Pitman, a spokesperson for Destination for Education said:

"At this important time for the economy and the country, it was great to hear the Education Secretary say that our “education strategy is our economic strategy”. This is particularly true of the international education sector, which provides employment for over 200,000 people and bring £26 billion to the UK each year. We look forward to seeing an economic strategy which takes the value of our international education sector into account.”
